*unique* Senior Picture Outfit?
, Posted in: Photographers, Author: admin (January 28, 2010)
i have my senior pictures coming up in a few weeks & need to go to a specific photographer for my them. besides photographs in my cap and gown, i’ll have pictures with two other outfits. i’m not in any sports/activites/clubs, and to be honest i have no real “hobbies” besides chilling and partying and stuff. so don’t tell me what kind of cutesy “props” i could use revolving around my extracariculars.
i have two very different very distinct styles.
one one hand, i like to dress all bohemian, hippie like. (think urban outfitters, forever21 kinda vintage looking stuff)
on the other hand, i dress what would be considered “scene” or somewhat punk. bright colors, flashy, etc.
i want one outfit for each style obviously. and i want my outfits to be very unique.. the only trouble is i can’t seem to get them to look dressy and “professional” enough without looking entirely preppy- which i don’t want in the least.
any store/outfit/accessory suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

kay i got it.
Wear skinny jeans, and flip flops, a baby doll top, hair in a messy side braid, and a thin head band that will go across your forehead and around your head, a long necklace and bracelets, you could wear oversized sunglasses if you wanted to..
hope i helped :]

When did “punk”, “scene”, “bohemian”, “hippie” EVER look dressy and professional??? Do you see my point? Maybe you are finally seeing reality in the mirror and realizing that none of these clothes are going to look “dressy and professional”. What you are wanting is totally at odds with each other.
It sounds like you already have the clothes for your “unique” look. If you have opened your eyes and given yourself an objective look and now see how you REALLY look in them, then maybe it is time for something that truly IS “dressy and professional”.
You can look good or cool or whatever you want to call it without looking like a dork preppy or something. Just go to a really good clothing store… and I am NOT talking Wally World or Sears. Go to a true high fashion shop in your area and hopefully there will be someone with good clothes sense to give you some real suggestions as to what would look dynamite on you!
