Where Will You Find Your Next Digital Camera?

, Posted in: Photographers, Author: guest (June 18, 2009)

These are some of the cameras we have reviewed, going from low to high end models. You should evaluate your needs and find out which camera suits you best, then go for your pick. This camera bargains and this sony cybershot dsc-s950 should help.

Why would someone deliberately buy a digital camera, when they knew it had a number of serious flaws? The answer is of course, when they don’t care about the flaws, and are making an informed decision. So . . . time for a pop quiz. Name me three serious flaws with the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ18K Digital Camera. If you can’t do it, then don’t even think of buying one. If you can that’s great. Maybe you’d like to hear a few more reasons why the DMC-FZ18K may not be such a great buy.

From an ergonomic perspective, the Canon SD950IS can be tricky to hold level, and even trickier to place on a level surface. The latter being for use of the self timer. Apparently one of the design engineers over at Canon thought a camera shaped like a jelly bean was a good idea. While it may be unusual, sometimes sticking to the old tried and true boxy format is really the best.

Canon automatic the camera and make it easy to use. The EOS 35mm SLR Rebel K2 stormed the market with easy one-handed operation and a lightweight design.

It’s just too much for an ultra compact digital camera, so ignore the marketing here. Those that use ultra compacts will either upload the photos to Facebook or Myspace, or they will view them on the LCD directly. This can be accomplished with a 6 megapixel camera easily. With 12 you can get a very large photo, which is something that people will never get to use.

It is all a matter of preference when you are looking for bargains on digital cameras. However, you can find some great deals on digital cameras when you look at wholesalers and manufactures direct. All you have to do is look around and compare.

The Lumix digital camera problems for the DMC LZ2 are minimal, but are still troublesome for users. The camera has no viewfinder, which is not al that bad, but the noise is a problem. The camera only offers a 400 ISO, which most users find unacceptable. Even with these few problems, the camera still offers many features that users enjoy. This is a very simple camera to use.

Considering the price of the camera, I expected a lot more from the LCD of this camera. Too bad that Sony went the cheap way here and put only 115,000 pixels on the LCD, which is 2.5 inch. The quality of the picture looks grainy on the LCD and seeing it from an off angle doesn’t work that well. If you want examples, the cameras that Canon produces in the same category have 230,000 pixels on a 3 inch LCD.
